A site I am really very impressed with is Podcasher. They really understand engagment and how to make a community really work the way it should. There are just so many features here I am almost blown away by it. It is however a great place to learn from and there is so much we can make use of within our own network of sites.
Here are some great features, firstly the usual comments and followers feature.
But also the ability to make lists and to show shortcuts to top podcasts in a panel
There is a long list of episodes and then a creators section which gives details and a profile of the contributors to the podcasts themselves.
