FD Capital is a company I work for part time, they are a great outfit, and specialise in the provision of Part Time Finance Directors and CFO's. Having a part time Finance Professional onboard is a great solution for an SME as they get someone of the calibre normally only available for bigger money say £120K-£150K full time, but if employed one day per week, it may only cost £25K.
Most of the Portfolio work is in the larger cities, so London, Bham and Manchester but its not exclusively like that. The site also has a blog.
They kindly agreed to cover the work we have been undertaking at Reporting Accounts in a blog post. Which is really helpful
It means we get our UK Business Intelligence service under the noses of dozens of Finance Directors, many of whom will work with competitors such as Experian or Credit Safe.
Anyway it helps to have as much exposure around the web as possible.
What is nice is that I can get someone I work with to give something back to help on of their contractors, and they are good and friendly people to work for.
